| 摘 要： | 目的:观察混合痔术后应用除湿止痒洗液薰洗坐浴的效果。方法:将100例混合痔术后患者采用随机方法分对照组(50例),观察组(50例),两组均行常规治疗,观察组用除湿止痒洗液薰洗坐浴,对照组用1:5000的高锰酸钾溶液坐浴,观察术后肿胀、疼痛、出血、瘙痒、伤口愈合时间等情况。结果:观察组临床效果优于对照组,两组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用除湿止痒洗液薰洗坐浴能显著改善局部血液循环,有抑菌、消炎、止痛、止血、利湿、止痒、消肿、促进伤口愈合的作用。
