生态城市规划建设与中国城市发展

我国生态城市规划与发展应从传统工业化模式中“突围”,跳出原有的思维方式,超越原有的价值观念,从中国国情出发,在吸收发达国家城乡发展的经验教训的基础上,在生态文明的新视野中,扬长避短,在不断创新中求得不断发展,使西方工业社会发展中的不可能在中国变成可能,开辟一条非传统式又非西方化的城乡生态化发展之路,实现城乡发展模式的历史性跨越。

Ecological City Planning & Construction and the Development of Chinese Cities

The planning and development of ecological cities in China shall first of all get out of the mode of traditional industrialization,of the previous mode of thought and of the original values.Based on China's real conditions while absorbing the experiences and lessons in developed nations in the development of urban and rural areas,the construction of ecological cities shall be conducted in ecological perspective by making full use of the advantages and seeking development through innovation.By making what is impossible in the social development of western industrialized nations a reality in China,a development road will be created for the construction of ecological cities which belongs neither to conventional mode nor western mode,thus realizing the historical leap in the urban and rural development mode.
