| 摘 要： | 物流园区建设中存在多个风险，以往的研究大多限制在经济管理方面的风险研究。本文针对我国的物流园区建设的现状。从政府角度分析了物流园区建设中常见的系统风险，并加以定量研究，最后通过实例来加以说明。

According the situation of our country, we analyze the common and whole risks in the planning and building of logistics park in the opinion of government, and hold on some quantitative research. Subsequently, an example is given to explain the unility. |
