| 摘 要： | 网络组织作为一种新的经济组织形式已为理论界所关注。每一种经济现象或经济组织都有其产生的原因。网络组织同样有其形成的原因。传统科层企业的局限性、企业的异质性、重复性交易、市场和企业的渗透分别构成网络组织形成的前提、条件、路径和方式。
