从合作金融走向社区银行——基于杭州联合银行个案分析的农村合作银行发展的思考

本文从社区银行的定义和特点出发,以杭州联合农村合作银行为例,在对农村合作银行从合作金融走向社区银行的必要性和可行性进行分析的基础上,提出了社区银行是农村合作银行谋取进一步发展的现实选择。但从中长期发展来看,农村合作银行转型为社区银行的道路还很长,必须厚积薄发,全面根治。最后文章就如何使农村合作银行快速、稳健地从合作金融走向现代化社区银行提出了对策和建议。

From cooperation finance to society bank——thinking basing on Hangzhou united bank special case analysis of countryside cooperative bank development

This paper starts with the definition and the main features of community hanks, Based on analyzing the necessity and feasibility of the transformation from cooperative banking system into community banks, it holds that community bank is a realistic choice for the further development of rural cooperative banks. But in the long run, there is a long way to go with all efforts in the aspects of restructuring the system and managemenl. In the end of the paper, some suggested measures for speeding up the transfomation is put forward.
