输油管线泄漏实时监测报警系统应用效果测试与分析

通过对应用于胜利石油田的三套“输油管线泄漏实时监测报警系统”性能指标分析，确立了其评价技术性能的关键参数，即报警灵敏度、报警时间、定位精度和报警率，制定了实际应用效果的测试方案，并进行了现场测试。对报警系统进行了技术分析，并提出了改进措施与方向。

Application Results of the Real-time Monitoring and Alarming Systems for Oil Pipeline Leakage:Test and Analysis

By analyzing the performance indexes of the three"real-time monitoring and alarming systems for oil pipeline leakage "which are used in Shengli Oilfield, key parameters were set up for evaluating their technical performance,i.e.alarming sensitivity,alarming time, locating accuracy, and alarming frequency. A scheme was worked out to test the results of practical application and a field test was made. Based on a technical analysis of the alarming systems, the measures and orientations for improvement are proposed.
