| 摘 要： | 文章从教学改革的角度探讨促进高职高专学生就业能力的提高问题.首先对学生的就业职业进行分析;对人才应有素质的培养模式进行了讨论;就体制创新、专业设置和课程模式改革提出了系统性思路;就加强基本功训练,实施分层教学,发挥导师制功能,激发高职高专学生个性张扬,达成人才培养目标模式需要的系统性教学改革举措进行了探讨;并利用近五年教学改革探索的成功实践做出了验证.

| Abstract: | The essay is about how to improve students' practical skills in vocational colleges.Analyzing the profession every graduate may get,We try to make specialized subjects useful,and use new teaching method(such as teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,appointing a professor as a tutor for every grade,developing students' interest in study,etc).A conclusion is that to reform the current teaching mode,graduates may get not only knowledge but also skills and may find proper work easily.The reform has last 5 years and has made a great success. |
