| 摘 要： | 文章指出不同能力体系的物流企业有不同的物流成本的构成及其控制重点，根据要素能力和运作能力的不同可以将物流能力体系划分成不同的类型，然后根据不同类型的特点和成本组成情况的分析，提出了不同能力体系下物流成本优化的途径，因而具有一定的实践意义。

| Abstract: | The paper points but if the logistics enterprises have different capability systems,they have different logistics cost constitution and control key.According to different the essential factor ability and operation ability,logistics capabilities system are divided into different types.The different types have different characteristics and cost composition,then under the different ability systems,proposes the logistics cost optimized way,thus has certain practice significance. |
