Some Practice and Thoughts on How to Create Learning-based Enterprises for Private Enterprises in Wenzhou

As the internal and external environment of enterprises is changing and the market competitions has become fiercer, learning-based organizations are boumt to be one of the main models of future organizations. In this sense, the researeh on how to create a learning-based organization is meaningful for enterprises. The article gives a brief account on the experience from private enterprises in Wenzhou, summarizes the barriers and difficulties from the creation process of this organization, and sets forth related countermeasures and suggestion.
