大型国有企业物流对外体制改革问题研究

国有企业的改革一直是我国经济改革的一个重要任务,经过20多年来的探索和实践,国有企业的改革取得了很大进展,但由于国有企业管理体制改革和国有资产管理体制配套改革的滞后,国有企业改革中的一些深层次和根本性的问题尚未完全解决。本文从大型国有企业体制改革中面临的比较大的问题入手,提出一些解决的对策。
