| 摘 要： | 美国社区银行为中小企业、农业、个人提供了高比例的融资服务,对拉动欠发达地区和欠发达部门经济发展起到了十分重要的作用,其成功经验值得借鉴.我国在实施以和谐为重点的非均衡协同发展战略的时期,为解决经济结构的二元性和金融结构的二元性,应把社区银行作为县域发展极和县域经济的金融支撑,求得社区银行与地方经济的协同发展.
