| 摘 要： | 施工企业施工阶段的成本控制是施工企业能否有效进行项目成本控制的关键,也是项目利润的主要来源。目前,我国施工企业在施工阶段的成本控制中还存在许多问题。对此,文章结合施工项目的实际,就成本控制途径的一些问题进行探讨。

| Abstract: | The cost control of construction enterprise during construction phase refers to a key whether a construction en- terprise can effectively control the costs, which also is a main source of program profits. At present, construction enterprises in China have a lot of problems in cost control during construction phase. In this case, the article provides insights into the ways to control cost, based on the actuality of construction program. |
