| Abstract: | With the rising conflicts between economic development and environment,establishing carbon market and low-carbon economy is an inevitable choice.Governments in many countries pay more attention to protect the environment by using market methods.This paper introduces some main characteristics of global carbon markets and in particular analyzes their trends after the crisis.In addition,it discusses present conditions and expectations about the carbon market in China. |
