| 摘 要： | 应用因子分析和主成分分析方法,以甘肃省的能源资源数据为基础,分别分析了矿物能源和生物质能源资源禀赋与贫困之间的相关性.结果表明,矿物能源资源禀赋与贫困之间没有显著的相关性,而生物资源禀赋与贫困之间存在显著的负相关性,不合理的能源政策体制是决定能源资源禀赋与贫困之间相关性的主要因素,并提出了相关的建议.

| Abstract: | The authors analyzed the correlations between poverty and endowments of mineral energy resources and biomass energy resources based on the data of mineral and biomass energy resources by using factor analysis and component analysis methods in Gansu Province.The results show that there is no significant correlation between poverty and endowment of mineral energy resource,but there is a significant negative correlation between endowment of biomass energy resources and poverty.It is concluded that unreasonable energy policy and mechanism being implemented in China are the main factors that contribute to the relationships between the endowment of energy resources and poverty. |
