| 摘 要： | 总结我国水利建设项目后评价的发展现状，分析我国目前水利建设项目后评价存在的问题，指出评价内容和侧重点随项目的特点而有所不同；注重全过程的评价；评价方法越来越科学；后评价机制逐渐完善等水利建设项目后评价的发展趋势。
