云南省城乡统筹发展实证分析

城市与农村发展的不平衡是世界各国在经济发展中普遍关注的共同话题,城乡统筹的发展对于全面建设小康社会和构建和谐社会具有战略性意义。本文通过构建衡量城乡统筹发展的指标体系,运用因子分析法对云南省1997—2006年城乡发展八个重要的指标进行实证分析,测算了云南省城乡统筹度的情况,得到的结论是:长期以来云南省城乡发展一直处于严重脱节的状态,2005年在政府支持的"三农政策"下,云南省城乡发展的差距有减小的趋势,2006年云南省城乡发展达到基本协调并且呈现良好的发展态势。
