法律逻辑学教学思维

摘    要:法律逻辑学是逻辑学与法学的交叉学科,从功能上看在于为人们的法学理论研究和法律实践工作提供有用的逻辑知识及逻辑思维方法。在教学中,由于法律逻辑学涵盖了演绎逻辑中大量抽象的概念,所以受教育者在最初接触学习的过程中会表现出不适应感,进而会表现出对本学科学习的抵触心理。激发受教育者的学习兴趣,使受教育者由被动接受转变为主动接纳,是改变教学思维的方式。

Abstract:Law logics is a combination subject of law and logic. From the functional view, it offers the useful knowledge and method for learning the theory of law and taking part in the practice. Meanwhile, in the teaching process, because law logics covered a great deal of abstractive concepts, the leaner at the very beginning will feel a bit uncomfortable, therefore some of them will have defensive attitude towards learning. From the view of teaching practice in learning law logics, this article illustrates how to stimulate the learner's interest and make the learner study the subject willingly.
