The Development History and Basic Experiences of the Party's Ethnic Policy since the Founding of New China

It has been 70 years since the founding of New China,and it is 70 years of continuous development of the state institution,which the Communist Party of China(CPC)has taken regional ethnic autonomy as the core of its ethnic policy.In the past 70 years,the CPC has made active exploration and reflection on the ethnic policy theory based on the objective reality of history and practice.It has gone through four stages:initial development,tortuous development,gradual improvement and planning for a new chapter.It has formed such basic experiences as adhering to the unified leadership of the state,proceeding from the reality in all,encouraging self-reliance,paying attention to cultivate ethnic cadres and giving play to culture and education as a leading role.
