新中国成立以来,我国在解决民族问题的理论与实践中形成了“民族团结”的基本特征,民族关系在梯次递进的演变中自然而然地进入民族交融状态,不同民族人民群众“百籽合一”“百籽共生”,从自信与自觉两个向度牵引着中华民族大家庭各个成员融汇并蓄,真正体现了党的十九届四中全会系统总结的中国特色社会主义制度和国家治理体系13个方面显著优势之一的“坚持各民族一律平等,铸牢中华民族共同体意识,实现共同团结奋斗、共同繁荣发展的显著优势。”
