| 摘 要： | 民间创新活动是我国自主创新体系的重要组成部分。本文在界定我国民间创新活动的内涵与构成,深入剖析我国民间创新活动存在的问题的基础上,通过对深圳市构建的促进民间创新活动发展的政策支持体系的新鲜经验的系统调查与总结,对构建与完善我国促进民间创新活动的政策支撑体系,提出了可操作性的具体对策建议。

| Abstract: | Private innovation is an important component of our country's independent innovation sys- tem.This paper firstly defines the connotations and.compositions of private innovation in our country,and makes a thoroughgoing analysis on its problems.On this foundation,a research on the fresh experience of the policy-support system which promotes private innovation's development of Shenzhen City is made.Fi- nally,it proposes some suggestions for our country's policy-support system of private innovation. |
