浅谈文秘专业实用型人才培养模式的构建

文秘是技术型管理人才,不但应具备全面秘书专业基本知识,还要具备职业特有能力,各级各类学校应充分认识到文秘专业教育的实践性和应用性,把实用型人才培养作为人才培养模式的重要性来抓。本文通过分析新时期加强文秘专业实用型人才培养的重要性,分别对实用型人才培养基地建设、教学体系及人才评价体系构建问题进行探讨,以期通过本文的阐述有效推进文秘实训课改,为社会主义建设事业培养更多更好的高水平的秘书人才提供理论依据。

Discussion on the Building of Secretary Major Practical Talented Person Cultivation

Secretary is a technology-based management talent,not only should be equipped with comprehensive professional secretary basic knowledge,but also the unique professional ability.Schools at all levels should fully understand the practicality and applicability of secretary education and make the applicable talents cultivation as the core of talents cultivation mode.Through the analysis of strengthening secretary major applicable talents cultivation at the new age,the paper discusses the applicable talents cultivation base construction,teaching system and talents evaluation system building in order to promote secretary teaching reform and provide theoretical basis for the cultivation of more high level secretary talents at the socialist construction course.
