This paper introduced the methods and experiences about cost calculation and process control in the management after winning a bid in the No.1 Engineering Construction Co., Ltd. of China Railway Engineering Bureau 5 in recent years, at the same time, it pointed out some problems appeared in the cost calculation and some leaks and shortages in the process control, and aiming at these problems, the paper briefly discussed how to do the cost calculation and process control well.
