民族资本是经济全球化的生命线

推行经济改革的根本目的是要为全体人民谋求福祉，提升国家实力。当原有机制、体制成为发展障碍时，有必要对其进行改革；当缺少发展必需的资金时，在保证经济安全和独立的前提下，既要厉行节约，自我积累，又要吸引外来资金。当前经济全球化的发展态势使得各国的经济越来越融为一体，但一国的经济首先具有民族的，然后才是世界的，其关键就在于国家是否拥有自己的民族资本。我国国企在发展的过程中由于机制和体制的问题，效率日下，国企改革成为必然，但如何防止国有资产流失．避免重现东欧各国改革中的失误，特别是跨国公司对其民族资本的掠夺，东欧的教训很值得反思和借鉴。

The objective of economic reform is to make welfare for people and to improve national strength.Reformation is necessary when the original mechanism and system become the obstruction of development.When lacking the essential developmental fund,under the condition of economic security and independent premise,we must carry on thrift,self-accumulation,and attract the foreign fund.The developmental situation of economic globalization makes the world economy into an organic whole.But a country's economy first belongs to a nation,then to the world,its key lies in whether the country has its national capital.The reform on our state-owned enterprise is inevitable,because of the low efficiency caused by the mechanism and the system.But how to prevent the state asset from draining,to avoid similar reform faults in the Eastern European countries,especially plundering national capital by the multinational corporation,the lessons of Eastern European countries are thought-provoking.
