| 摘 要： | 近年来，全球国际投资越来越多地向服务业倾斜，全球服务业FDI（外来直接投资）在输入量、内部结构和输入输出国的分布结构上都发生了变化。非股权安排的普遍性等成为服务业FDI的主要特点。服务业FDI的发展对东道国的服务能力、出口竞争力等方面造成了不同程度的影响。

| Abstract: | In recent years FDI has been inclined its investments into service with the changes of FDI's inward volume, internal structure and distribution among home and host countries. The popular non-equity arrangement has become its main characteristics. The development of service FDI brings different impacts on host countries in areas such as service offers and export competitiveness. |
