| 摘 要： | 文章认为,高校的知识产权保护工作近年来显得尤为重要,尽管高校在知识产权保护方面做了较多工作,也取得了一定的成绩,但仍不能适应我国和国际经济、科技和社会发展的需要,还存在一些必须尽快解决的问题。
