| 摘 要： | 城市化是城市未来发展的唯一出路。其实质是农村的城市化、新城市聚落的形成。不管是人口的集聚,还是经济活动的集聚,城市化的本质是通过追求集聚效应来改变社会经济结构和人们的生产方式、生活方式,最终实现城市现代化,提高人民的生活水平。应用经济地理学的观点和方法,来研究农业产业带,关注区域经济的发展及其与多层次产业链发展、生态环境保护、基础设施建设、文化变革演进之间的关系,研究农业经济产业带的规划和建设给新农村和城镇发展带来的＂集聚效应＂,努力探索城乡协调发展的新途径。
