网络知识产权法律风险防范研究

随着现代信息技术的高速发展,网络已成为现代社会经济的重要工具。网络知识产权的保护也成为广泛关注的问题。本文以网络主体企业——电信为例,采用规范研究的方法,对网络知识产权进行了探索与研究,在此基础上,从法律的视角提出了防范网络知识产权的对策与建议。

Research on Network Intellectual Property Law Risk Management

With the rapid development of modern information technology, network has become important tool for present social economy, and the protection of network intellectual property has attracted widely attention. The article uses normative method and main network corporation--telecommunication corporate as example, explores and studies network intellectual property. On the basis, it proposes countermeasures and suggestions on how to protect the network intellectual property from view of law.
