| 摘 要： | 加工贸易在我国目前正处在一个转型的阶段，向什么方向转型也是许多学者研究的问题。正确对待这种贸易方式的基础就是应该清楚它的全部作用和负面影响，本文主要是用计量的方法来验证加工贸易对我国工业化的重要指标工业生产总值的作用分析，从相关性来分析加工贸易对我国经济的贡献，以此来作为判断加工贸易转型发展的一个方面。
