摘    要:
食品产业是国民经济的重要支柱产业。如何从战略的高度认识食品产业的国际竞争能力,具有十分重要的意义。价值增值的最终目的是整个产业系统增值,增强整个产业链的竞争力。基于此,食品产业价值链价值增值的核心原理是"价值分解与集聚",即产业发展所涉及到的各种要素价值融入到产业价值通道中,并在其中分解和重新集聚,在规模递增与乘数效应作用下,形成新的价值输出,实现价值增值,形成国际竞争力。

Abstract:
Food industry is an important pillar industry in a country.It is of significance to realize the international competitveness of food industry.The final goal of adding value is to add value to the whole industry system,so that it can enhance the competitveness of the whole industrial chain.The value-added principle of food industrial value chain is value decomposing and gathering,meaning that each fact in the process of production melts into the industrial value channel,and gets decomposed(value decomposing)and gathered(value gathering)in the channel.New value output can be obtained under the effect of scale increasing progressively and multiplication to realize the added value and form the international competitveness.
