| 摘 要： | 中国经济在扩张性运行中已经出现了较为严重的流动性过剩，而且由于其特殊的形成机理和独特的金融环境，传统的调控手段已经力不从心。防止流动性的进一步泛滥，需要在经济发展战略、外汇管理体制和金融工具的创新等方面深耕细作。

| Abstract: | There have been serious fluidity surplus during the economic development of China.Furthermore,because of particular mechanism and distinctive financial environment,traditional regulation becomes unsuitable.To prevent the situation becomes worse,we should adjust our strategy of economic development,foreign currency management system and innovate financial tools. |
