绿色保险研究

与西方发达国家相比,我国公众责任保险的发展水平仍然非常落后;即便就国内情况而言,公众责任保险普及程度与经济发展水平也极不相称。但是,经济的持续健康发展需要公众责任保险所具备的社会公益性与保障作用的支持。因此,加强对公众责任保险的研究与探讨已经成为当前函待解决的重要问题之一。

Compared with western developed countries, public liability insurance in China is still on a mnch lower level of development. Moreover, the use of public liability insurance lags far behind the economic development in China. On the other hand, the steady and healthy development of China's national economy calls for the protection and support provided by public liability insurance. Thus, thorough discussions and studies in this area become one of the most urgent tasks to be conducted.
