EOQ Involving Controllable Lead-time

This paper concentrates on simple supply chain system that involves both supplier and retailer. Of the two, supplier plays a dominant role in the chain, which has not only retailing cost information but also the decision making power of the lead-time. In this case, this paper aims at theorietically proving what benefits or loss controllable lead-time srings to supplier and retailer. This purpose is achieved by vesearching into the order and mass production of supplier and retailer.
