我国金融监管体制的国际比较及其发展趋势

对美、日、德、英、法等国金融监管模式进行比较研究发现，综合监管已经成为当今世界金融监管的主流模式，中央银行在金融监管中仍然发挥着重要作用。为了应对加入WTO后来自金融强国的激烈竞争，作者针对我国金融监管实践中存在的问题，提出发展和完善金融监管体制的若干政策性建议。

A Comparative Study of China''''s Financial System Supervision

The paper, based on a comparative analysis of the financial supervision modes in some economic powers such as the U.S. A, Japan, Britain and Germany, holds that comprehensive supervision is the mainstream in the international practice and that the central bank is still playing an important supervising role in every country. On viewing the present intense competition from the big economic powers, we advance some suggestions for the Government to readjust and regulate the supervising bodies so as to deal with the problems in the current practice of financial supervision.
