企业物流职能一体化问题研究

建立完善的企业物流职能一体化是增强企业竞争力的有效途径。企业物流职能一体化,即消除冲突性管理,提高物流运作效率;权衡交替损益关系,实现物流总成本最小化;提升物流职能地位,发挥其战略作用;增强企业敏捷性,促进物流内外部一体化。目前,我国与发达国家相比,企业物流一体化发展严重滞后,由于大多数工业企业尚未实现物流职能一体化,成为其发展的障碍。因此,为了增强企业的竞争力,必须加强有关一体化的研究和宣传,实施企业组织结构再造以及提高企业信息化水平。

Enterprise Logistics Functional Integration

This paper presents the definition of enterprise logistics functional integration.It dicusses the reasons for the integration,which may largely improve enterprise competitive power.They are as follows: eliminating the conflicting management to improve logistics operational efficiency; making trade-offs among various logistics cost components to achieve the least total cost; upgrading the logistics function to play a strategic role and boosting up enterprise agility to promote intra-firm integration and inter-firm integration. However,compared with developed countries,the process of integration in China has been left behind.Most industrial enterprises fail to realize the integration as an obstacle to their development. Therefore,to strengthen Chinese firms' competitive ability,some measures should be taken such as strengthening the research and publicity of logistics integration,changing enterprise organizational structure and improving the level of application of information technology.
