| 摘 要： | 煤炭行业具有高危性、资源有限性、高强度性的特点,煤炭企业履行社会责任是社会发展的必然趋势。通过构建煤炭企业社会责任表现的评价指标体系,结合评价要求和数据特征,本文运用灰色系统理论中的聚类分析和层次分析法集成的新方法建立评价模型,分析结果表明安全、社会保障、可持续发展、创新和环保对煤炭企业社会责任履行起着重要的作用,而且该方法有利于各煤炭企业之间社会责任履行效果的比较。
