| 摘 要： | 收益和风险是任何一个投资项目的两个方面，任何收益都是在一定风险条件下的收益，反之，任何风险的承担也都是以一定的收益为前提，即收益和风险本身就是一个矛盾的统一体。就风险与收益的关系进行了研究，提出了风险收益综合度量模型，并通过实例对模型进行了应用。
