摘    要:如今是客户经济时代.企业如何开发客户,赢得客户,成为现代企业发展的核心和关键.体验经济是以客户为中心的经济,它反映的是人类消费行为和消费心理正在进入一种新的高级形态的经济.从某种意义上来讲,体验经济正好与客户占据主流的市场形势相对应.因此,体验营销作为体验经济的必然产物,在其基础上探讨客户开发就具有一定的理论和实际意义.

Abstract:It is essential for an enterprise to win customers in the new era of customer economy. With customers at the core, experience economy reflects the higher level of human being's consuming behavior and consuming psychology. To some extent, experience economy correspond the customer-oriented market. As an inevitable outcome of experience economy, experience marketing is the basis for studying winning customer strategy.
