摘    要:研究基于游客感知视角,以南京雨花台景区为例,分析红色旅游景区质量属性特征及其重要性和绩效。研究结果表明,解说系统及特色、服务态度与质量、景观和休闲质量、交通环境质量、革命教育价值、规模与丰富度是影响南京雨花台风景区游客感知质量的主要维度;解说系统及特色、服务态度与质量是影响南京雨花台景区游客感知质量的重要方面,但绩效分值却不尽如人意,景区管理者和相关部门应给予重视。

Abstract:There is growing concern about the similar style of product and low marketization in revolutionary site.This paper,from the viewpoint of tourist perception,taking Nanjing Rain Flower Terra Scenic Area as an example,explores the dimensions influencing the perceptive quality of tourists in revolutionary site,and analyzes the importance and performances of relative factors.Results show that,explanation system and distinctive features,service attitude and quality,quality of landscape and recreation,quality of traffic system,revolutionary educational value,scenic area scale and scenic spots abundance are the main dimensions influencing the perceptive quality of tourists;explanation system and distinctive features,service attitude and quality are the important factors influencing the perceptive quality of tourists,but its performance is relative low.The study method and analysis frame provides a reference to similar revolutionary site for improving competitiveness and attractiveness.
