| 摘 要： | 上海地处中国经济和贸易最发达的长三角中心,根据党中央国务院的部署,上海将在2020年基本建成与我国经济实力和人民币国际地位相适应的国际金融中心、具有全球航运资源配置能力的国际航运中心。文章在回顾上海建设"两个中心"的历史进程基础上,提出了加快上海"两个中心"建设进程的政策措施。

| Abstract: | Shanghai is in the center of Yangtze River Delta – the most wealthy area in China. According to the Central Committee and the State Council’s Strategy, Shanghai will be constructed an international finance center and an international navigation center in 2020. The paper reviews the history of this construction and puts up with some policies on how to speed the progress of the ＂two centers＂ construction. |
