谈城市废水的开发与利用

改革开放30多年来,我国坚持走中国特色城镇化道路,促进大小城镇协调发展,着力提高城镇综合承载能力,并取得了一定实效。我国目前城镇化水平是46.6%,到2030年将达到65%,城镇将新增3.5亿人口,而水这一最基本的资源如何获得与利用,对我们是一个严峻的考验。文章认为,城市废水开发和利用是解决水资源缺乏问题的重要途径之一。

On the Development and Utilization of Urban Wastewater

Since the reform and opening up over the past 30 years,China sticks to the road towards urbanization,which promotes coordinated development among cites and towns of varied size and works to promote their integrated bearing capacity. All these efforts have paid off.At the moment,urbanization level in China is 46.6%and will reach to 65%by 2030. Another 350 million people will add to the whole population.And how to attain and use water,the fundamental resources, poses a severe challenge.This article holds that the development and utilization of urban wastewater serves as one of the ways to bridge water shortage.
