优化辽宁渔业经济功能的对策研究

本文通过对辽宁渔业经济发展现状的分析,从五个方面阐述优化我省渔业经济功能的研究对策.首先是以科学发展观为指导,优化辽宁渔业经济区域分工,形成生产力合理布局;其次是规范渔业产业化和协调发展;第三是提升第一产业,加快发展第二产业,拓展第三产业;第四是引进和应用高新技术成果及其科技成果转化;第五是打造名牌,提升产品的档次与质量,实现辽宁渔业经济功能优化发展.

Research on Optimization of Liaoning Province's Fishery Economy Functions and its Strategies

By analyzing on the current situations of Liaoning Province's fishery economy development ,this article does research on five strategies to set forth the optimization of liaoning province's fishery economy functions. First, under the guidance of scientific development outlook, we should optimize the regional division of labor of Liaoning Province's Fishery Economy and form the rational layout of productive forces. Second, we should standardize the fishery industrialization and make it developed harmoniously. Thirdly, we should promote the first industrialization, speed up the second industrialization and extend the third industrialization. Fourthly, we should introduce and use the high-tech achievements and its transformation .Fifthly ,we should build up the famous trademark, promote the rank and quality of products and realize the optimization development of Liaoning province's fishery economy functions.
