| Abstract: | Some of diversified enterprises are set up to settle down the redundant staff and they are more collective-owned in nature.Taking Loudi power supply bureau for example,the characteristics of diversified business of power utilities are summarized as low self survive ability and low developing capability.The issues on how to innovate the management system and mechanism in order to reach the goals of pushing market oriented development while keeping stability of the workforce of the enterprise are well addressed in this paper. |
