| 摘 要： | 企业危机比起经济危机来在经营管理过程中要常见得多,当企业遭遇危机时,很多企业常常寻求外部资源和相应的解决方案,然而在危机消除后留给企业的往往仅仅是一套针对个性化问题的解决方案。文章通过对危机化解的内在逻辑进行分析,阐述了企业危机化解的一般逻辑机理,从而为企业提升其自身竞争力提供理论指导。

| Abstract: | Business crisis is usually happen in modern society,and it is more than economic crisis.When firms suffer from business crisis,they usually find resources and solutions from without the firms.But after the elimination of crisis,the firms only get the solutions but the competence has not been formed.This paper analyzed the internal logic of crisis elimination and discussed its logic mechanism.The purpose of above is to provide a theoretic guide for enterprises enhancing their competence. |
