| 摘 要： | FDI是技术扩散的主要途径,无论是东道国还是母国都可以通过FDI的技术扩散效应获取技术进步。而技术扩散存在多方面因素的制约,其效用并未得以充分地发挥,本文针对目前我国外资技术扩散的制约因素,探讨了提升FDI对我国产业集群技术扩散的措施。

| Abstract: | FDI is the main path of Technology Diffusion,the host country and the mother country can also obtain the technology through the technology diffusion by FDI.However,the technology diffusion has many aspects of restrictions,and its effect hasn＇t been fully exerted.Aiming at the present restriction factors that exist in the diffusion,this text explores the measures that can improve the diffusion effect toward the industry cluster in our country. |
