| 摘 要： | 《规划环境影响评价条例》于2009年10月1日起施行。为了加强对规划的环境影响评价工作,提高规划的科学性,从源头预防环境污染和生态破坏,促进经济、社会和环境的全面协调可持续发展,区域、流域、海域的建设开发利用规划,以及专项规划,应当进行环境影响评价。文章从城市产业总体规划为切入点,探讨规划环境影响评价的方法。
