广州地铁商铺经营模式:同化与创新

摘    要:地铁轨道是广州近十几年来最重要的开发建设项目之一。随着网络化的地铁构架形成,"地铁商铺"这个全新的概念孕育而生。很多投资者对此趋之若鹜,纷纷竞标,但很多商铺经营模式趋于同化,经营并不理想,轮番倒闭转让。本文从地铁商铺的困境出发,详细探讨了地铁商铺经营模式的创新。

Guangzhou MTR shops management mode:assimilation and innovation
Abstract:Subway track has been one of the most important development and construction in Guangzhou for the past dozen years. With the formation of network - based subway system, the new concept of "metro-shop" has been coming up. Many investors are biding and wanting a set, but regarding many shops, the management modes are assimilative, and then business are unsatisfactory, leading to closure and alienation. This article will discuss the innovative management modes of Guangzhou metro shop.
