| 摘 要： | 如何培育和提升我国房地产企业的竞争优势一直是理论上和实践中的一个研究热点。本文在企业资源论的基础上,探讨了价值网情景下,房地产企业的资源构成及其各维度对竞争优势的影响机制,构建了结构方程模型,并进行了实证。

| Abstract: | How to cultivate and upgrade the competition advantage of real estate enterprise is already a research hotpot in theory and practice. Based on the ism of enterprise resource, this paper discusses the resource composing of real estate enterprises, and their dimensionalities affect the competition advantage based on value network. Then sets up the structure equation model （SEM）, and put it up to empirical analysis. |
