| Abstract: | Port industries cluster is a kind of opening industry cluster which is relying on port.It is a kind of highly concentration around the port of same or relative industries against the background of the global factor flows and the industry transfers.Caofeidian is located in the heart of the Bohai Bay,with area,port,resources and many other advantages,On this basis to learn from international port development experience Port industrial clusters to promote Caofeidian Port industrial cluster to enhance the overall development. |
