| 摘 要： | 我国基本养老保险制度要可持续发展,必须要有充足的支付能力。本文从人口老龄化、历史债务、统筹层次、制度设计、基金筹集、待遇调整机制等十个方面对我国基本养老金支付能力的影响因素进行专门具体探讨,并结合实际进行相应分析。

| Abstract: | Adequate payment capacity is necessary to the sustainability of the basic endowment insurance system,This article explores the impact factors of the basic pension＇s payment capacity specifically from ten aspects,such as population aging,historical debt,co-ordination level,pension system design,funds raising,treatment adjustment mechanism and so on,combined with corresponding analysis based on practical situation. |
