| Abstract: | According to modern enterprise system,China National Offshore Oil Corporation fully exerts the role of the Boards of Directors and Supervisory Boards and implements the systematization and fineness management for the quality of enterprises in mergers and acquisition.Meanwhile,China National Offshore Oil Corporation conveys its management concepts,system and requirements into these enterprises,thus reaching the double-win in enterprise quality and production business. |
